The house is on the sunny side of the valley and faces the Mont-Blanc. It is situated 700 metres from Chamonix pedestrian area, 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by the mountain train. The shuttle stop ( train or bus) is 100 metres from the chalet and it also provides free access to all the different lift areas.
There are two classified 4-star apartments to be rented in the house and guests are welcome to use the garden.

DESCRIPTION OF THE FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT
The apartment occupies the entire first floor of the houses. It comprises 65 m² of floor space. The south and west balconies offer a perfect view of the Mont-Blanc range,as well as full enjoyment of the sun.
The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 adults.
The spacious sitting room is well lit and airy with two french doors and two windows. It includes a living room, a dining room and an open-plan fitted kitchen that is fully equipped with a 4-ring cooker, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, and other kitchen appliances : toaster, coffee-maker, kettle, citrus fruit squeeze and food mixer.
The first bedroom has a balcony, and a fitted wardrobe, a double bed (160 x 200) or 2 single beds (80 x 200)with independent head and foot position adjustability and remote control.
The second bedroom has a large window, a fitted wardrobe, a double bed (160 x 200) or 2 single beds (80 x 200 )with independent head and foot position adjustability and remote control.
The bathroom is fitted out in pine and equipped with a washbasin in a fitted unit, a bath with shower and a cupboard. There is also a heated towel rack, hairdryer and window.
The toilet is separate.
